It had been some time since I wrote my previous review, so I thought I would return and talk to one of the owners Todd. The folks who gave 3 Pigs a bad name had moved on, and the staff they have now are courteous and friendly. I'm leaving the previous review intact to demonstrate how important it is for staff to be respectful. Happy to have their great food from folks who know how important it is to treat customers accordingly.

Simple, Quality and Delicious. Perfect for a quick lunch during the work week. I tried the pulled pork with a side of cole slaw, and a side of their hot bbq sauce. The flavors and tenderness of the meat here satisfies the need for some good ol bbq. I'll be back!

Great hidden place for a quick bite. Three of us ordered three different meals and everyone loved theirs. Customer service was very attentive. We will be back!

Great BBQ spot on the outskirts of downtown Bellevue. Very full menu, helpful staff, and lots of seating! I was impressed with the chili, but the sliders brought it home! (I tried them with all 3 meats). Would like to see collard greens on the menu.

We got our food to go, and the person taking our order was extremely knowledgeable about all of the food options, combinations, and gluten and dairy content. So we were able to make the best choices for us. The chicken was very good and the sauce took it to the next level. The ribs didn't need the sauce to make it tasty and I say that because my husband says that truly good barbecue doesn't need sauce because it can stand on its own. For the sides, I ordered corn on the cob, which was just OK. It didn't have a lot of flavor, although it seemed to have butter on it. It seemed to be a little waterlogged. I also ordered the coleslaw. Once I added some salt, it was very good. Coleslaw is always very unique at all these different places. When we arrived, there was a couple sitting outside eating their lunch and they went out of their way to come in and tell the person at the front how much they enjoyed their meal before they left. While we were waiting, another gentleman came in and ordered and was very excited to get his food , telling the person taking his order that he absolutely loves the food at this place So based on all that, you should check it out

Large bbq beef sandwich great portions of beef. Well flavoured good mix of heat. I had the medium. Brick beans for side was good Food hot and fresh! Bellevue MUST GO
